What I'm looking for

I’m seeking long-term employment with a company that values its employees, offers promotion from within, and supports a strong work/life balance—while letting me apply my device support, inventory accuracy, and troubleshooting skills.

I’m an IT device and asset management professional with hands-on experience supporting school technology operations in Memphis. At MSCS, I assign and prepare student devices in PowerSchool based on Ivanti requests, sanitize, label, package, and verify returned equipment for damage—then reimage or troubleshoot as needed.

I also strengthen the back-end accuracy of inventory and student records by running cycle counts, assessing holds/fees, and uploading key items (receipts, waivers, and similar documentation) into PowerSchool/TDV. Beyond IT, I bring a strong quality-and-service mindset from prior roles in customer support, physician scheduling, medical office workflows, and quality auditing—always aiming for clear communication and a healthy work/life balance.
