At NET SUPPORT CO., LTD., I contributed to a corporate email migration from on-premises qmail to Gmail in Google Workspace. I reviewed DNS records, prepared user instructions, and validated external mail flow and authentication after cutover.
On the infrastructure team, I investigated discrepancies between network records and live settings and helped complete approved remediation, including removing obsolete access controls, routes, and firewall rules. I also helped implement a DHCP migration that eliminated recurring access incidents caused by reused static IP addresses.
Across managed services and corporate IT, I supported Windows and Linux systems, VMware ESXi, and client networks. Earlier, at GOOYA CO., LTD., I monitored Linux logs and Grafana dashboards in a 24/7 payment-processing operations team and used Splunk queries and runbooks for alert triage.
