Working with portfolio companies early stage startups to guide around fundraising, partnerships, early finance + operations automations/processes and strategy for the future.

Led the operations/finance professionalization of the backend systems as well as strategic focus for adding medical providers in anticipation for an exit/sale. Focused on implementation for first 4 months, sale process in next 4 months, keeping transition smooth for 2 months to close (June 1) and then onboarding for the remaining 2-3 months.

I joined Live Oak's Search Fund lending team to work with EtA and Searchers (post-MBAs, Military Officers, and Corp Execs) looking for businesses to acquire, add-on or otherwise acquire debt facilities. Managed underwriting and credit analysis process, lead webinars and sales calls to develop top of funnel and visited with clients/customers to ensure diligence was done thoroughly prior to lending.

Joined < 100 people on a 6month contract to help build credit operations process for small business owners and non-W2 ee earning borrowers. Fraud analysis, credit and financial analysis and customer feedback was vital between credit, cx, data & engineering teams.
