At Carna Health, I lead finance, strategy, and capital planning for a global population health platform. I structured its financial operating model to support pilots, international expansion, and Series A readiness.
At Henry Meds, I co-led growth from $90M to over $400M in ARRR within nine months as the organization scaled from 100 to 800+ employees. I also partnered on seven product launches and the build of a fully operational 503a pharmacy.
At Medable, Inc., I established finance infrastructure and global operations that supported growth to a $2B valuation and $500M in Series C and D funding. I transformed the finance systems architecture and directed the post-acquisition integration of Omhu A/S.
At MedAvante-ProPhase, I built the Finance and Accounting functions as the first finance hire, implemented systems and internal controls, and supported the successful exit and post-merger integration with WCG Clinical. Earlier, at Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation, I supported financial analysis and partnered with the data team on analyses that enabled approximately $4.5M in annual revenue generation.
