I’m looking to advise and lead at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations—helping CEOs and boards drive measurable value, execute complex transactions, and build AI-enabled growth in fintech or digital health.

I’m an incisive, results-driven executive with a quantifiable record of innovation and transformational change. I combine investment banking and operating experience to drive revenue, profit, and enterprise value improvement across fintech and health data start-ups and major global financial institutions.

I guide investor value creation through organic revenue growth, accretive merger, divestiture and acquisition, joint ventures, and astute investment banking. My track record includes 15X cash on cash as an interim COO and board member at Hands-On Video, 10X ROI with PayPal corporate venture investment, and a 4X increase in market capitalization at Providian in two years.

I’m also highly AI literate, building advantage through adaptation of newer technologies—structured and unstructured data, AI, machine learning, and IoT.
