At Salto Dee Fe Consulting, I design leadership development programs and learning journeys for participants ranging from junior managers to CXO-level leaders. My work spans sectors including healthcare, energy, manufacturing, technology, goods and retail, and financial services.
I’ve developed workshop content on topics such as psychological safety, performance conversations, succession planning, and emotional intelligence. I also use learning needs analysis and pre- and post-program assessments to shape programs and measure their effectiveness.
I manage multi-cohort projects from journey design and scheduling through participant communication and stakeholder coordination. Earlier, as an HR Intern at Techolution India, I co-created an employee mental health and wellbeing module; at Moolchand Hospital, Delhi, I conducted psychological assessments and provided counselling and psychoeducation.
