At OD Alternatives, I assessed leadership and team-effectiveness challenges, designed manager capability programs, and co-authored a research-based white paper on India’s Global Capability Centers using insights from 60+ senior leaders.
Previously at RytLife, I led operations and the psychology function for a digital wellness platform and helped shape an AI-enabled wellness app through scalable behavioral insights.
My work also includes instructional design at KPMG Global Services, learning and HR partnership at Deeksha, and experiential cognitive-skills facilitation.
