What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time remote HR or Operations role with a global organization, where I can lead teams, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency using strong people operations, performance management, and data-driven insights.

I’m a PGDM (HR & Ops) student at GIBS Business School with hands-on experience in warehouse operations management through Flipkart’s Supply Chain Operations Academy (SCOA). During my Operations Trainee – Warehousing (60-day training), I supervised and coordinated a team of 10 warehouse associates, delegated daily tasks, and ensured inbound and outbound operations met Flipkart SLA standards.

I managed end-to-end warehousing workflows—inventory receiving, storage allocation, order picking, packing, and dispatch coordination—while monitoring performance and productivity metrics. I also identified process inefficiencies on the warehouse floor and implemented corrective measures to reduce turnaround time, supported by my strengths in people operations, data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and Generative AI.
