Amal Thirumangalath

I am a driven and ambitious BBA student with hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and human resource management. Throughout my academic journey, I have been committed to leveraging strategic insights and academic learning to enhance organizational efficiency and foster growth in a collaborative environment.

My experience in operations and logistics has equipped me with a deep understanding of terminal logistics, customs compliance, and digital documentation systems. I have also had the opportunity to work in human resource management, where I created job descriptions, designed HR forms, and developed a competency-based dictionary to support employee growth and performance management.

In addition to my professional experience, I have also been involved in various activities that have helped me develop my skills and knowledge. I was a committee member of the Eco Club at Sree Narayana Vidya Mandir, where I contributed to planning and executing environmental projects and fostering sustainability initiatives within the school community.
