What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead employer branding and internal communications with an authentic, culture-first approach—using data-driven campaigns across digital platforms to strengthen employee experience and attract top talent.

I’m an Employer Branding Manager with over 15 years of experience in communications and HR across the fast-paced FMCG and tech industry. I bring creativity and strategy together to help organizations cut through the noise—attracting top talent while positioning brands as employers of choice through compelling, authentic narratives.

At Grab Teknologi Indonesia (Aug 2022 - Dec 2025), I create and maintain Grab’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent. I collaborate across teams to deliver employer-brand messaging across all platforms, with a focus on turning employee experiences into powerful stories.

Previously, at Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia (Aug 2018 - Okt 2021), reporting directly to the HR Director, I owned internal communication, social initiatives, employee engagement, and employer branding. Earlier in my career, I strengthened communication and corporate affairs fundamentals at Nutricia/Danone Group, supported research-based communication strategies as a Senior Consultant at Kiroyan Partners (PT Komunikasi Kinerja), and helped shape corporate values and organizational development—so every campaign is grounded, consistent, and built to last.
