What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead digital product initiatives where I can shape strategy, guide discovery and roadmaps, use data to improve adoption, and align business, technology, operations, and vendors through delivery.

At Allianz Indonesia, I lead Product Owners and Business Analysts across strategic digital initiatives, shaping roadmaps around business priorities, user needs, data insights, dependencies, and delivery capacity.

I turn complex business and user needs into PRDs, product specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. I use adoption, usage, and success metrics to assess performance, uncover gaps, and guide product improvement.

Previously, I led Agile practices across product and technology teams, coaching Product Owners and Scrum Masters on discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery. My experience also includes Agile coaching at Evermos and Scrum Master roles supporting customer-facing digital products at HOOQ and Sleekr.

Over 15+ years, I’ve worked across product management, technology consulting, software projects, and production operations. I bring business, technology, operations, vendors, and senior stakeholders into alignment to move products from problem discovery through delivery.
