I support wellness practitioners, educational platforms, and global online communities by managing client communication, onboarding, calendars, and daily operations end to end.

For a US-based wellness practice, I owned inbox and WhatsApp communication, coordinated appointments across time zones with zero missed bookings, moderated an active community, and supported a 1,000+ attendee event. I also trained a new Virtual Assistant and documented workflows for more consistent handoffs.

In community support and content operations, I resolved 20–30+ customer queries each day, built relationships with users across 15+ countries, and guided 500+ visitors to relevant resources. I also managed the full editorial lifecycle of a Hindi book project, turning 65+ hours of lecture audio into a publication-ready manuscript and creating a Hindi Style Guide still used as the editorial standard.

I bring technical ownership to support work: I independently designed and shipped a full-stack AI assistant that makes 98+ hours of expert lecture content conversationally accessible.
