What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support a dynamic team with HR support, recruitment coordination, and process improvement—using accurate record management and data tracking to help work run smoothly.

I’m an HR and administrative professional with a foundation from recent Project Management and Human Resources Management studies, and hands-on experience supporting HR records, onboarding, scheduling, and workflow coordination. In my current role, I manage and maintain employee HR files with strict confidentiality, digitize and consolidate records, and keep employee data accurate in HR systems with UKG exposure.

I also bring recruitment-cycle support experience—screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing and posting job advertisements, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. I’m trained in HR management software and skilled in reporting and tracking with Excel and Google Suite, and I enjoy using data (like compensation, turnover, productivity, and morale) to support HR decisions and process improvement.
