I lead product strategy, roadmap and delivery for three B2B SaaS products at The Adaptavist Group, serving thousands of customers in the Atlassian ecosystem.
I delivered a feature that increased MAU by 10% for a product with more than 29,000 active users and became its second most-used capability within six months. I've also launched two 0→1 products: an AI Governance platform and a Confluence Marketplace application.
I design AI-assisted product development workflows using Cursor, Claude, Claude Code and Rovo, increasing delivery speed by approximately 30%. I work asynchronously with globally distributed Engineering, UX, Research, Product Marketing and Data teams, aligning stakeholders around customer needs, business goals and measurable OKRs.
Previously, I launched a new business unit in Texas at Iberdrola, built its supplier ecosystem, and led discovery, roadmap and go-to-market for new products across Spain and the US.
