I am a Senior Product Manager with experience spanning real-time operational platforms, enterprise SaaS, and ecosystem-based products.

Most recently at Optibus, I owned the real-time monitoring domain within a vertical SaaS platform serving public transport operators. I led deployment discipline improvements across three engineering teams, reducing release cycles from ~45 to ~28 days and making predictable releases central to GTM and Customer Success communication. I rebuilt product analytics instrumentation into a structured, QA-governed event model, enabling reliable workflow analysis across a 320-MAU operational platform. I also led product definition for cross-platform Ops × Control integration, introducing authority modelling and structured compatibility mapping to sequence trust-critical integration work.

In parallel, I structured a 0–1 decision-support initiative in a complex operational environment, converting ambiguous discovery outputs into phased, executable delivery. I also architected the foundational domain model for a Detours capability, formalising behavioural complexity into a structured scenario matrix to prevent naïve implementation in a high-frequency system.

Previously at Appfire (Comalatech), I directed a Confluence workflow portfolio serving 1,500+ customers within the Atlassian ecosystem. I led a high-risk migration initiative during platform retirement, increasing migration success from 54% to 91% within six months. My work included building Python tooling for customer usage analysis, leading enterprise discovery with major customers (including Apple and Oracle), and supporting pricing strategy across multiple annual reviews.

Earlier in my career at IBM Consulting, I delivered digital transformation and AI-enabled knowledge initiatives across defence and enterprise clients, acting as Product Owner for a bespoke AI-enabled assistant.

I am most effective in environments where technical complexity, commercial pressure, and product ambiguity intersect. I particularly enjoy working on integration-heavy systems, operational workflows, and products where trust and reliability are critical.
