I’m looking for a Product Management role in fintech/data-driven environments where I can lead B2B/B2C growth, automate validation with AI, own outcomes end-to-end, and collaborate tightly with Engineering, Risk, and Compliance.

I’m a Product Manager focused on turning complex, regulated problems into self-served digital experiences that drive measurable growth. I’ve led end-to-end launches across B2B and B2C, with a strong bias toward validation speed, operational clarity, and partner-ready decisions.

In my current role as Group Product Manager (B2B Merchant and Loyalty), I’ve streamlined compliance-heavy workflows and shipped fully digital KYB with a 50-second median completion and only 7% abandonment traced to connectivity. I also redesigned QR payment and returns flows—achieving 56% vs 36% conversion, and 95% adoption with 83% successful flow conversion through the new funnel on the merchant web.

At Kueski México, I scaled internal and platform capabilities that reduced cost, downtime, and manual burden—migrating image storage to AWS (saving ~200k/month), building API-first backend architecture for scalable payouts/BNPL (>53% of GMV), and coordinating critical updates to reach 0 downtime. I’ve also led product teams and operating models, expanding squads from 1 to 4 and maintaining 0% voluntary attrition in 11 months (internal NPS 8.4).

I’m especially energized by product automation and data-driven execution. I designed and implemented an AI agent ecosystem (Claude) that compresses validation cycles from weeks to days, so PMs spend less time on operational documentation and more time on business decisions.
