I'm currently driving profit, sales, performance, customer service, staffing, training, and promotional execution at America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses.
Previously, I managed optical practice and retail operations at Kaiser Permanente, including personnel, budgets, inventory, compliance, patient service, and multi-location staff supervision. I served as a liaison between senior management, optical centers, and the optical lab while resolving member concerns and supporting revenue and cost controls.
Through Naafiah Hijama, I handled holistic client consultations alongside the operations and administration of a medical office, including staffing, billing, budgeting, taxes, inventory, and patient records.
