I’m an optician with hands-on experience in optical dispensing and prescription verification. I reduce remakes by using precise lensometer checks and correcting prescriptions before lab submission.

I also manage warranty and repair processes, including warranty claims and repair logs. By documenting resolution steps, I help reduce repeat visits and keep patient experiences consistent.

On the team side, I train staff to improve fitting quality and measurement accuracy. I’ve trained new hires on frame fitting, PD measurement, and dispensing protocols, and I’ve also trained new sales staff on POS flow, returns processes, and customer greeting scripts.

I’m seeking to expand my clinical skills and contribute to a patient-focused eyewear practice. My focus is always on careful verification, clear communication, and reliable outcomes for every patient.
