I’m a Strategic HR Leader and Global HR Leader with 10+ years of experience specializing in Employee Experience (EX), regional payroll governance, and digital HR transformation across the MENAP region. I’ve led cross-border HR operations for high-headcount organizations (7,000+), harmonizing fragmented processes into scalable, automated systems.

As a Management professional in Employee Experience, I serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership—aligning people strategies with business objectives and strengthening organizational capability.
