I'm currently managing accounts receivable for French-speaking clients at NCH Europe, following up outstanding balances, resolving billing disputes and reconciling accounts accurately.

I handle daily customer contact by phone and email, negotiate payment arrangements and maintain detailed records in Oracle, Excel and CRM/ERP systems while following credit-control, compliance and data-protection procedures.

Previously at Swisscom, I handled high volumes of French-language customer contacts and resolved complex complaints, billing queries and service issues while working to KPI, call-quality and compliance standards. I also supported and mentored new advisors to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Alongside this, I manage client relationships at Kavan Studio and have built patient, clear communication skills through private tutoring. I work fluently in French, English and Arabic, and bring a calm, practical approach to difficult customer conversations.
