At GCares Contractor, I manage site supervision, material coordination, procurement, and CAD drafting for UNN works and projects. I led tender dismantling projects that decommissioned 51 sites nationwide with a seven-person field crew.
I also supervised the dismantling of the UNN HQ server room, completing the work in half the target duration without setbacks around active servers and equipment. My work has also included electrical maintenance for Royal Brunei Navy facilities.
For UNN projects, I drafted more than 250 SLD and GEO maps in AutoCAD and Photoshop. I collaborated with electrical engineers on schematics and developed 3D architectural models and interior renders for residential floor plans and civil-structure assets.
On the procurement side, I managed overseas sourcing and supplier price negotiations for 48 materials, and coordinated technical-specification approvals and inspections. I also oversaw stock control, inventory tracking, and material logistics.
