What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technology, architecture, AI, and operating-model transformation where I can turn strategic investment into scalable delivery, build internal engineering capability, and strengthen long-term execution.

At Baiduri Bank, I lead IT Development and serve as principal deputy to the CIO, driving the Group's multi-million-dollar core banking transformation from legacy architecture to a cloud-enabled platform.

I've re-architected technology around APIs, events, and microservices, delivered over BND300,000 in annual savings, and strengthened engineering delivery through automation, testing standards, and technical governance.

I authored the Group AI Strategy and secured endorsement for its governance, capability development, priority use cases, and three-year roadmap. I also work with business leaders, Microsoft, and Universiti Brunei Darussalam to turn technology opportunities into customer, operational, and workforce outcomes.

Previously at Commerzbank London, I delivered enhancements to electronic fixed-income trading platforms and helped advance Agile and Scrum adoption across global trading operations.
