What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build reliable automation (ServiceNow) and full-stack features, integrate AI to streamline workflows, and deliver real-time, scalable systems with clean engineering practices.

I’m a ServiceNow developer (Assistant System Engineer) focused on building and customizing ServiceNow ITSM workflows. I develop automation scripts, business rules, and Service Portal components to improve internal process management.

Alongside TCS, I’ve worked as a freelance full stack developer—building a production-ready aviation hiring portal with JWT + Redis authentication and OTP-based password reset. I also design scalable data models in PostgreSQL (Supabase), create admin dashboards in React, and integrate AI features like Gemini-based resume screening using PDF text extraction to help recruiters shortlist faster. My projects reflect how I like to ship: secure authentication, async processing with BullMQ, and real-time updates with WebSockets.
