At PLANET LANGUAGES, I manage complex multilingual localisation projects, from requirements gathering and planning through linguistic review, quality assurance, client approval and delivery. I’ve progressed from Trainee Project Manager to Senior Project Manager, with a focus on high-responsibility accounts and client relationships.
I create practical workflows when requirements or responsibilities are unclear, and adapt them as projects change. My work includes e-commerce content, CMS implementation, multilingual QA and AI-assisted and machine-translation workflows, coordinating clients, linguists and technical teams.
