I’m looking for a reliable, 100% remote job do to my physical health. I’ll bring warm communication, strong operations, and growth toward a psychology/mental-health path.

I’m an operations professional with 8+ years across hospitality, retail, and overnight roles, known for warm communication and steady judgment. I stabilize busy spaces—from front desks to quiet nights—using active listening, empathy, and conflict de-escalation. I bring humor, reliability, and fast learning to help teams and guests feel grounded.

Most recently, I managed a bookstore independently, handling POS and cash accuracy, training new staff, and creating engaging displays while researching rare books that increased value and engagement. Previously, I served as a night auditor/front desk clerk, coordinating reservations, deposits, and shuttle needs while maintaining cleanliness and completing money handling and night audit responsibilities.
