I seek a role where I can combine immigration documentation and client support with hospitality experience, in a collaborative, service-oriented team focused on accuracy and client satisfaction.

I am an organized, results-driven hospitality and client-service professional with experience in immigration documentation, customer support, and food and beverage operations. I have prepared and reviewed permanent residency and work permit applications for Canada and Australia while maintaining accurate application records.

I bring hands-on hospitality experience from internships and frontline service roles where I learned bartending, cashiering, kitchen operations, and guest services. I consistently supported team workflow, trained and assisted new staff, and contributed to sales through effective suggestive selling and customer problem resolution.
