I am a Cum Laude graduate in Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology, driven to grow professionally in the hospitality sector.

During my on-the-job training at Dakak Resort & Properties, I rotated through Housekeeping, Banquet Set-Up, and Food & Beverage departments, gaining practical skills in room attendant duties, banquet service, and guest-facing operations.

I contributed to successful events, including three weddings in one month, and supported weekly buffet and a la carte service, emphasizing teamwork, time management, and service standards.

I hold NC II certifications in Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Cookery, and I am eager to expand my knowledge and take on roles that deepen my operations and guest-service expertise.
