I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in public policy and administration, currently serving as a Court Liaison at the Staten Island Justice Center. My role involves conducting user-centered court observations and case assessments to identify diversion opportunities, allowing me to design responsive intervention strategies that truly meet community needs.

Previously, I interned with the New York City Council, where I conducted qualitative research into community needs and public safety models, shaping policy development through user experience insights.
