What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can apply policy research and regulatory analysis to advance equitable health and civic outcomes, collaborate with stakeholders, and grow into leadership.

I am a public policy analyst with over four years of experience producing research, legislative tracking, and stakeholder engagement across nonprofit and academic settings. I translate complex regulatory frameworks into practical recommendations that support organizational compliance and strategy.

At UNC and with community partners, I led policy research on hospital sustainability and delivered a final report with actionable recommendations for university and clinical stakeholders. I supervise research teams to collect and analyze archival data and synthesize findings on historical trends in school integration and diversity.

My experience spans business development support, donor relations, and grassroots advocacy — evaluating market and regulatory landscapes, developing proposals and pitch decks, and coordinating democracy reform events. I’ve supported fundraising campaigns and tracked prospective donors to refine outreach and reporting.
