MUVUNYI Ndamage Herve Duke

I’m a customer support and customer service professional who helps clients through chats or calls, receives and manages tickets, and supports people until their issues are resolved. At PawaTech LTD, I handle incoming tickets, communicate directly with clients, and log every ticket according to the client’s needs so nothing is missed.

Before that, I worked as a Sales & Customer service representative at Fidelis General Supply and Services. I managed sales by recording them in the book, while also ensuring the customer received the best services and got exactly what they came for.

Outside support roles, I build my creative side as a photographer and photo editor on weekends. I’ve been doing photography since high school at Saint Ignatius High School, where I served as the school’s photographer for many events, and after graduation I continued by creating an online profile where people contact me to take photos and edit them.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelors in Software Engineering at African Leadership University, and I’m actively interested in applying that technical mindset to real-world customer-focused solutions. Alongside my work experience, I’ve strengthened my toolkit with programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I’ve been recognized with awards for photography, including “Certificate of best Photographer.”
