I bring hands-on practice in structured processing of incoming requests, handling customer correspondence by phone and in writing, and keeping data accurate through ongoing updates. I’m comfortable working with documentation, processing statuses, and the system-based care of relevant cases.

In my current role as Call Center Agent for Inbound-Service / Vorgangsbearbeitung, I receive and process incoming concerns in a structured way. I handle written inquiries for follow-ups, status information, and open cases, while ensuring the right data is captured and kept up to date in SAP and internal systems.

I also document and track open processing stages, so nothing falls through the cracks. My work focuses on clarity for customers and reliability for internal workflows—supported by careful entry, maintenance, and status tracking.

Previously, during my Jahrespraktikum in Kundenservice / Büroorganisation, I supported customers both by phone and in writing and contributed to day-to-day office organization and administrative processes. This combination of customer communication and backoffice discipline shapes how I approach every request today.
