I'm seeking senior remote Product Owner roles with fintech, payments, or platform product companies, where I can lead scalable API-driven products, regulated payment flows, and digital transformation.

I'm building end-to-end digital payment platforms at GoldenPay, spanning wallets, B2C/B2B payment flows, card transactions, clearing, core banking integrations, and API partnerships. I lead delivery of the Card Module System and General Ledger to support card issuance, reconciliation, and payment operations.

Previously, I led strategy at Azericard and AI-driven product initiatives for ViSenze, a Rezolve AI company. My work included product vision, go-to-market strategy, OKRs, MVP scoping, customer journey analytics, chatbots, recommendation engines, and A/B testing.

I’ve also delivered national e-government and digital transformation programs, including asanpay.az, the Central Information System, and the Licenses & Permits Portal. In collaboration with the World Bank, I co-created a national data governance and digital transformation strategy, and led an AI-powered judicial tool that reduced appeal processing time by nearly 20%.
