At CibPay, I led end-to-end requirements for a legacy-to-new government payment portal migration serving 50+ organizations and 100k+ users. I produced As-Is/To-Be process documentation and BRD/FRD artifacts, maintained a prioritized backlog of 100+ user stories, and used daily legacy-vs-new comparison dashboards in Excel to support data-driven release decisions and reduce post-deployment incidents.

I also act as Product Owner for B2B banking products, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope for feature cycles, including integration work for Apple Pay/Google Pay via a payment gateway. Earlier, I supported government and enterprise systems through discovery workshops, UAT, defect triage, and e-signature workflows—alongside founding and leading an event management platform from discovery through MVP, while collaborating closely with small cross-functional teams.
