I’m looking for full-time or part-time remote customer support or dispatch work with flexible shifts, real-time communication, and clear processes where I can improve response rates, coordinate technicians efficiently, and maintain safe customer experiences.

I’m a calm, reliable customer support professional with hands-on experience in inbound/outbound call handling, dispatch coordination, and real-time customer communication. I focus on managing multiple clients simultaneously while keeping service continuity high.

In my customer retention and call recovery role at Roadside Genius (remote, US night shift), I re-engaged inactive customers through timely follow-ups, handled high-volume outbound and inbound recovery calls, and helped protect customer satisfaction and revenue through proactive outreach.
