I’m an ambitious, results-driven aspiring Product Owner who enjoys building impactful digital products through user-centered innovation, strategic thinking, and agile collaboration. I’m strong in problem-solving and stakeholder communication, and I focus on translating business needs into scalable product solutions that deliver measurable value.

In my internship as an Industrial Technician Assistant at Jibu (Water preparation Department), I supported the operation and monitoring of water preparation systems. I helped maintain mechanical and electrical equipment, followed safety and hygiene procedures, and supported troubleshooting and repair—working closely with technical teams to improve operational efficiency.

Before that, I worked as a Cashier & Receptionist at Inshingiro Bakery Limited, where I handled cash transactions accurately and maintained daily sales records. I delivered professional customer service, managed front-desk operations, calls, and appointments, and helped coordinate orders to keep daily operations running smoothly.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing Technology), and I strengthen my communication and product thinking through leadership and projects. As a Student Team Coordinator for a social media awareness campaign, I designed posts and captions, managed photos/videos, and supported engagement and education through digital platforms, along with structured report and presentation documentation.
