What I'm looking for

I’m looking to drive strategic initiatives from the Office of the CEO—building structured workflows, leading cross-functional delivery, and using data-driven tools to improve efficiency and outcomes across multi-stakeholder, cross-country projects.

I am a Strategy and Operations professional with 4+ years designing scalable systems, managing cross-functional projects, and leading operational transformations across East Africa. Combining engineering and data analytics, I convert high-level strategy into structured, efficient workflows—especially in fast-paced environments like the agri-processing sector. Currently, as a Field Operations Manager, I lead complex project portfolios, coordinate multi-stakeholder teams, and build custom data-driven project management tools to improve operational efficiency.

I’ve sharpened my strategic and leadership capabilities as a Jasiri Fellow, where I developed venture-building, governance, and growth strategy through rigorous programming. With a BSc in Mechatronic Engineering and hands-on experience from robotics and engineering maintenance through to SOP-driven operations, I focus on practical execution—driving process standardization, risk management, and stakeholder alignment that supports scale-up and measurable performance.
