I’m looking to contribute to a dynamic team where I can combine operations support, customer service, and creative storytelling. I’m eager to grow through a role that values communication, organisation, and fostering diversity in the industry.

I’m a driven, enthusiastic professional with experience spanning consulting support, sales, and customer service. In my current Consultant role at CGI, I manage queries through ticket logging, support timely resolution, maintain CAFM systems, coordinate site services, and meet SLAs—while also creating clear step-by-step documentation to support helpdesk automation. I also schedule frequently reoccurring reporting and coordinate engineer/contractor visits to keep operations running smoothly.

Alongside operations, I bring strong communication, organisational skills, and creativity to content and storytelling. I’ve exceeded sales targets through in-depth product knowledge and personalised customer service, contributed to visual merchandising, and supported training and onboarding new team members.
