As an Insurance Advisor, I advised clients on suitable insurance policies by understanding their individual needs and financial goals. I explained policy terms, coverage options, and premium structures to help customers choose informed plans, while building trust through consistent follow-up.

In my citizen-service role, I independently operated a citizen-service centre, registering and processing applications for passports, visas, driving licences, and PAN cards. I guided customers step-by-step through government documentation processes to ensure accuracy and timely submission.

Recently completed a BCA and I’m comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote, and digital-first environments. I bring strong computer proficiency, data management, and customer support readiness—especially for a work-from-home customer support opportunity.
