I am a Project Head and Customer Success specialist with over 3 years of experience in B2B events and corporate gifting. I’m good at managing projects from start to finish and making sure clients are happy, combining strong coordination with a tech-savvy approach using Zoho CRM and Excel. I also bring a creative side with a background in interior design, which helps me support corporate branding and storytelling.

I lead the planning and delivery of large B2B events, building client relationships, collaborating with teams, and tracking project details using Zoho CRM and Sheets to ensure everything is delivered on time. In Customer Success, I work with HR and Marketing teams to provide best gift solutions, manage client accounts, and support onboarding processes using CRM data integration. I’ve also generated high-quality business leads by working with global tech sponsors and using LinkedIn, Zoho, and CRM data, while supporting operations with advanced Excel, data entry, and AI database work.
