I am a Customer Success professional with 9+ years of experience combining enterprise client engagement, account management, and project delivery across SaaS and design industries. I transitioned from architecture and interior design into SaaS customer success, bringing a strong client-first mindset and expertise in managing complex, high-value relationships.
