At Creative TRT, I founded and scaled the agency from Turkey to serve talent ecosystems across Turkey, MENA, CCA countries, and Australia, reaching the #1 agency ranking within 8 months. I managed 30+ in-house creators and oversaw more than 1,000 creators across partner networks.
For a leading Russian electric vehicle manufacturer, I directed a regional influencer campaign, scouting automotive and lifestyle KOLs to support the vehicle launch and promotion. I also partnered with Tencent to support, grow, and monetize gaming creators and live-streamers.
At Dong Feng & Cool Panda, I managed talent operations and live-stream strategies for agencies across MENA, while building agency partnerships in CCA and Australia. I’ve also designed a two-week training program for operations teams and used Lark, Feishu, Excel, and Google Sheets to analyze revenue and creator performance.
