What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering high-quality, audit-ready software releases through UAT, data validation, defect management, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and end users.

At Attain Partners, I lead QA for MDSIS, a multi-portal financial aid modernization platform delivered with MHEC and Regent. I own test strategy, execution, defect management, and stakeholder reporting across concurrent portal releases.

I've built and maintained 400+ UAT test cases across five portals, including role-based workbooks, defect registers, dashboards, and requirements traceability mapping. My testing has surfaced critical issues involving MFA, PII exposure, access controls, and Google SSO ahead of release.

I validate back-end data with PostgreSQL and support functional, regression, usability, and UAT cycles within Agile sprints. I also connected SharePoint test logs to Power BI and Power Automate to provide leadership with live progress visibility and reduce manual reporting.

Previously, I supported mission-critical 911 dispatch technology through software deployments, hardware diagnostics, and network optimization, and conducted RF performance assessments for public safety communication systems. I bring a cybersecurity foundation and a practical focus on reliable, audit-ready systems.
