Created performance test plans, authored and executed performance tests, and delivered results reports to meet SLA requirements. Built Selenium-based automated UI tests and performed functional testing for Kansas eligibility workflows using SQL data validation and ALM for test and defect management.

Supported Arkansas DHS eligibility systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF) with end-to-end functional and integration testing. Created test data and executed UAT scripts (UiPath and batch jobs), documenting results in Jama and logging defects in Jira while performing usability and basic security testing on a Citizen Portal.
