At SAE INTERNATIONAL (VIA SIGMA RESOURCES), I was the primary hands-on QA tester for the SAE Mobilus web platform. I created requirements-based scenarios and sustained functional, exploratory, negative, integration, and regression coverage.

I used Postman to validate API behavior and SQL Server to investigate unexpected results. I documented reproducible defects in Jira, worked with engineering and product stakeholders, and verified corrections through retesting.
