I’m a Rutgers University undergraduate and an IT Support professional with hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software across Windows, macOS, iOS, and mobile devices. In my current Best Buy role, I diagnose and resolve customer issues while keeping a service-focused support experience, from device setup and data transfer to storage/RAM/battery replacements and custom PC builds.
I also support Apple ecosystem questions as an in-store Apple resource, guiding customers through AppleCare+ options, post-purchase support, and device setup. I document technical issues, repair notes, QA results, open-box/returns status, and RMA/shipping activity while supporting AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile activations, upgrades, and escalations—then mentor teammates and explain solutions clearly to build customer confidence.
