What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused banking role in sales or business development where I can drive deposit growth, improve retention, apply AML/compliance knowledge, and grow through measurable targets and training.

I am a banking professional with experience as a Relationship Executive and Business Development Officer at Bank Alfalah, responsible for achieving deposit targets, opening new accounts, and managing net attrition.

I managed Customer Report Files (CRF) and Sales Call Management Lists (CML), processed account services including ATM and Visa Debit Cards, Internet Banking, e-statements and SMS alerts, and implemented attrition management strategies while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and bank policies. I have completed training in AML/CFT and the Bank Alfalah Start Right Program.
