I've delivered enterprise platforms at Telecard, including a sales operations system, multi-tenant CRM, and omni-channel contact centre that replace manual workflows with real-time, secure business systems.

I architect backend APIs, databases, microservices, and production deployments using Node.js, Nest.js, Laravel, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, and CI/CD. I also lead teams, set engineering standards, and own delivery from stakeholder requirements through production.

My recent work adds RAG knowledge bases, LLM chatbots, and n8n automation to business systems. For Government of Sindh operations, I delivered a workforce management platform for 1,000+ field workers with geofencing, attendance-driven cash memos, RBAC, audit trails, and live dashboards.
