I am a results-driven call center professional with over three years of progressive experience across roles including Dialer, Closer, QC Manager, and Team Lead. I focus on improving performance metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

As a Team Leader and former QC Manager, I have developed and implemented quality control policies, led teams of technicians and inspectors, and coached staff to raise service standards. I have also delivered onboarding and skills training to new hires, prepared training materials, and assessed trainee performance.
