I'm looking to lead HR operations and talent acquisition where I can align workforce strategy, performance systems, compliance, and employee experience with business growth.

At Icon Global, I lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, payroll, compliance, and onboarding across group companies. I built a scorecard-based performance management system, partnered with leadership on KPIs, and mentor two HR Executives.
