What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can resolve complex issues, build strong client relationships, improve customer satisfaction and retention, and grow my technical and account-management capabilities.

I've supported customers across Xceed, Concentrix, and Teleperformance, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, documentation, and account needs in Cairo.

At Xceed, I diagnosed fault-related cases, managed incidents and changes, coordinated with internal teams and vendors, and worked to resolve issues within defined SLAs.

At Concentrix, I delivered customer care for credit products, maintained accurate account notes, identified relevant service opportunities, and contributed to customer satisfaction initiatives.

At Teleperformance, I proactively engage customers, develop account success plans, align expectations with contracts, and focus on retention, satisfaction, and revenue optimization.
